JCAHO NOTIFICATION OF REVIEW
The Joint Commission will conduct a certification review of QS Nurses in early 2023.
The purpose of the review will be to evaluate the organization’s compliance with nationally established Joint Commission standards for Health Care Staffing Services organizations. The review results will be used to determine whether, and the conditions under which, certification should be awarded to QS Nurses. Joint Commission standards relate to quality and safety of care issues. Anyone believing that he/she has pertinent and valid information about such matters related to the services offered by QS Nurses, may provide input to the Joint Commission by submitting a complaint to the Office of Quality Monitoring:

QS Nurses has processes in place to resolve customer complaints in an effective and efficient manner. Any individual or organization that has a concern about the quality and safety of patient care delivered by QS Nurses healthcare professionals, which has not been addressed by QS Nurses, is encouraged to contact the Joint Commission at www.jointcommission.org or by calling the Office of Quality Monitoring at (630) 792-5636. QS Nurses demonstrates this commitment by taking no retaliatory or disciplinary action against providers when they do report safety or quality of care concerns to the Joint Commission.
