QS guarantees that if a no call/no show occurs and we are unable to provide replacement coverage within 2 hours after shift start time, and upon notice, we will provide 8 hours of free service to you.
If we fail to meet your expectations in any manner such as not confirming shifts, failed communication, or general customer service issues; upon notice, we will provide 1 free hour of service for every infraction.
